Dinner 5/17

Spaghetti with tomato, olives and garlic.

A can of petite diced tomatoes with sweet onion drained

A couple of fresh Roma tomatoes diced

minced garlic to taste

sliced green olives

Extra-virgin or kalamata olive oil or your preference.

You can make the spaghetti ahead of time to save time. Keep it in the fridge or even the freezer and place it in boiling water for a minute or so.

1.Place the tomatoes and garlic in the olive oil and sauté for a few minutes.
2. add the pasta and olives and heat through
or alternatively spoon sauce over pasta but its better to add the pasta and let the flavors mingle.

Quick and easy and tasty.
